Looking for some strategies to help get better sleep as the semester winds down?

Then join other graduate and professional students for an interactive workshop that will provide information and strategies to facilitate better and healthier sleep through a fun game of Quizzo. You will leave with a better understanding of how to achieve higher sleeping quality and avoid unhealthy sleeping patterns.

This event is free and open to graduate and professional students only.
