Chen Qian

Chen is deeply humbled to serve the graduate and professional students at Penn this academic year as Vice President for Operations at GAPSA. He is a third-year Doctor of Philosophy student in Physics and Astronomy. As this year’s VP of Operations, Chen leads the Data Analytics, Logistics, Public Relations, and Alumni Relations teams, ensuring that GAPSA operates with streamlined processes that promote data-driven initiatives and foster collaboration across GAPSA’s divisions, the G12 schools, and other student groups.
