Yuzhi (Carlo) Gao

A 4th-year PhD candidate in Bioengineering, Carol is passionate about building a more connected and financially accessible campus community. Her commitment led her to serve as GAPSA's Director of Fund Management, where she spearheaded the review of group funding applications and created new evaluation rubrics to ensure a fair process. Now, as VP of Finance, she continues to advocate for greater financial accountability and transparency for all students, student groups, and student governments.
