Michael Krone

President

Michael Krone is a second-year student in the JD/MBA Program between Penn Carey Law and The Wharton School. Originally from Lafayette Hill, PA, Michael attended Penn as an undergraduate, graduating in 2019 with a BA in Political Science and Economics. Prior to returning to Penn, Michael was a consultant at McKinsey & Company in their Philadelphia office, where he specialized in non-profit and state/local government strategy and organizational effectiveness transformations. As a graduate student, Michael is involved in student governance, serving as the President of GAPSA and has served as the President of Penn Carey Law’s Council of Student Representatives as well as the Professional Chair of the Graduate and Professional Student Assembly in AY 2022-2023. Michael also serves the University community as a board member of the Penn Alumni Club of Philadelphia and executive board member of The Penn Fund. In addition, he the Managing Editor of Volume 172 of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review
