Yvonne Yang

Yvonne Yang (she/they) is a dual master’s student pursuing a Master of Social Work and a Master of Science in Education at the University of Pennsylvania. As Director of Equity and Access for GAPSA, Yvonne advocates for inclusive representation across Penn’s graduate and professional student communities, with a focus on amplifying marginalized voices and advancing structural equity. Their work is grounded in a passion for social justice, global policy, and community well-being. Drawing from experience in advocacy, cultural programming, and cross-campus collaboration, Yvonne is committed to building spaces where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to lead.
