Prajwala Ravikrishna

Cultural Programming
Prajwala Ravikrishna currently serves as the Director of Cultural Programming at GAPSA, University of Pennsylvania, where she is pursuing a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics at the College of Arts and Sciences.
With a strong foundation in International Hospitality Management from the EHL Hospitality Business School, Switzerland, she brings a global and cross-disciplinary perspective to her work.
Prior to joining Penn, Prajwala served as the Academic Engagement Coordinator at Swissnex in India, the Swiss Science Consulate, where she spearheaded initiatives to foster research and innovation partnerships between India and Switzerland. She also has experience in research consulting, event management, and stakeholder engagement from previous roles at YS & Associates in Switzerland, PublicisLive in Geneva, and the Shangri-La Hotel in Paris.
Prajwala’s academic interests lie at the intersection of organizational culture, change management, and leadership development. She is especially passionate about fostering trust and well-being in institutions undergoing transformation.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada, and French—with conversational Japanese—Prajwala brings a multicultural lens to her academic and professional endeavors. Beyond her work, she is a big foodie and is an enthusiastic chess learner.
