Paul Welfer

Director of Alumni Relations

Paul Welfer is enthusiastic about continuing to serve GAPSA as Director of Alumni Relations, building community through networking, mentoring, and fundraising. Paul is a Master in Law degree candidate with an interest in governance models. Previously, he served as GAPSA EVP, Director of Fund Management, Chair for Finance, LPSGov Director of Finance, and SASGov VP for Finance. Paul earned a B.A. in American Civilization, magna cum laude; M.S. in Organizational Dynamics; and M.Phil from Penn.

For fun, Paul is an avid runner who agrees, “The race is not always to the swift but to those who keep on running.”
