Mário Junqueira

Dr. Mário Eunides Junqueira Guimarães Júnior is a medical-legal consultant and physician with 15+ years of experience in medicine and over a decade in legal medicine. He currently serves as Co-President of the Master in Law Society at Penn Carey Law, where he is pursuing a Master in Law (ML). He is the founder of PericialMed, a Brazilian consultancy that has delivered over 1,000 expert reports, and he provides international medical-legal insights to organizations such as International Patients in Denmark. His expertise includes patient-safety policy, medical error prevention, and AI governance in healthcare.
