Kendall Hart
Chair of Professional Student Council
Kendall Hart is the Professional Council Chair at GAPSA and a second-year law student at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. He previously served as a 1L Law School Representative. Kendall earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2022. As an associate editor of the Journal of Law and Public Affairs, he displays a strong interest in law and policy. In his free time, Kendall enjoys rowing and traveling.
Professional Council represents taught masters students and voices their concerns; the Council also supports research students through travel grants.
