Director of Budget

Rene Alvarado is an MBA candidate at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Finance. He will hold the Director of Budget role in GAPSA. Rene brings professional experience from Accenture, where he was a Technology Strategy and Advisory Consulting Manager for financial services clients. His undergraduate study was in Supply Chain Management and Marketing at the University of Maryland.

As the Director of Budget at GAPSA, his goal is to ensure that GAPSA finances are spent transparently and distributed equitably, and that we use our resources to maximize benefit to all students.
