Sexual Harassment Reform Committee

The Sexual Harassment Reform Committee is dedicated to creating a culture of safety, accountability, and transparency on Penn’s campus using an integrated and collaborative approach. Our goal is to build a community of respect and support by holding perpetrators accountable and improving protections for students. We focus on enhancing the provision of services for every student whose education, work, and life has been affected by sexual harassment. By facilitating an environment free of sexual harassment, we aim to improve Penn’s policies by engaging the campus in advocacy, programming, and transformative action.
