Landlord Survey Results

GAPSA is pleased to announce preliminary results for the Landlord Survey. The current data is from the period of November 2008 through February 2009. Click on a landlord below for a detailed report with ratings and questions.
We are continually working on the report system, so more features will be coming shortly, including comments, profiles, and comparisons.
The survey scores are all based on a 1 to 5 point scale, 1 being worst and 5 being best. The overall score is an average of all the questions - not the categories, since each category has a different number of questions. Enjoy!
