MEANINGFUL SCORING: STAR RATING vs RAW vs ALL
Each category, question or landlord has a star rating that reflects how they compare to ALL surveys for the current date period. The Hub has got to be the best housing option on campus considering its value, safety, convenience, and last but not least cleanliness given that it was built in 2006.

2008-12-12
The building is only a few years old, some everything still works well and looks decent. The only major problem that I`ve experienced is some water comes in under the outside wall in the living room. Other apartments have reported similar issues. The landlord has had workers come and investigate multiple times, and have done work on the exterior panels of the building, so it`s gotten better. The office manager is friendly and usually helpful, however she is not around that much. The building super seems to change every year, but the one we have now is very nice. Although, they didn`t give us his contact information. As far as noise in the building, now that the restaurant on the second floor is complete, it`s a lot quieter, but the walls are still pretty thin and noise echos in the hallways.

I love living in the HUB because the most important things to me in a living space are newness, cleanliness, no pets, no smoking, safety, and full appliances (microwave, stove, fridge, washer/dryer, central a/c). The building is safe and still brand new. The building manager is a nice lady, but not the most organized person.
