The GAPSA International Student Council works for the betterment of international graduate and professional students at Penn by providing information, resources, programming and advocacy.

The 2008-2009 Council is currently working on a variety of issues including

• Employment Opportunities and Career Services for International Students 
• Financial Aid Assistance for International Students 
• Cultural Integration and Cross-cultural Exchange Programming
